Final Payment Due 10 weeks before the departure date. We strongly recommend that all people traveling have Travel Insurance which will cover them in the event of having to cancel their trip on late notice. Name change requests are €100 outside of 8 weeks and €300 per person within 8 weeks of departure.

Note:  All upgrades are non refundable. Ticket Upgrade Payment is required within 10 days of request.

Getting to the track
We will be offering a race transfer from the hotel for Saturday and Sunday at a cost of €25 per day. We do not offer transfers for Friday racing. If you plan to make your own way out, we do not recommend taking a taxi, please check train times. 

A 2% Customer Protection Bond fee will be included at checkout. The Protection Policy protects our clients in the event of any supplier or business failure. All bookings and transactions are subject to this charge.
