Final Payment Due 10 weeks before the departure date. We strongly recommend that all people traveling have Travel Insurance which will cover them in the event of having to cancel their trip on late notice. Name change requests are €100 outside of 8 weeks and €300 per person within 8 weeks of departure.

Getting to the track
We will be offering a race transfer from the hotel for Saturday and Sunday at a cost of €40 per day. Red Bull Ring is located roughly 1hr 20 minutes fro the hotel. Exact timings will be confirmed closer to the race. 

2nd Option Train Option (7 min walk from hotel)

• Depart Wiener Neustadt to Knittelfield Train Station (2hrs) Roughly €36 per day
• When Purchasing tickets make sure to book a weekly ticket. This will include all 3 days and will work out cheaper.
• Make sure to reserve a seat as this will guarantee that you can get a seat and won’t have to stand. It will be very busy.
• A Free Shuttle bus from Knittelfield Train Station operates to Red Bull Ring and back (from 08.00-20.00) every 20 minutes

A 2% Customer Protection Bond fee will be included at checkout. The Protection Policy protects our clients in the event of any supplier or business failure. All bookings and transactions are subject to this charge.
